Where are the orders coming from?

- All orders ship from Canada.

Are these items dropshipped?

- Nope. All orders are personally managed by the Reduxx team with fully customized inventory we have immediately available.

How long will it take to get my order?

- Shipping is completed through a network service which helps us keep costs low. The service finds the most economic and time efficient way of getting your package to you by utilizing different local carriers and couriers. Orders to most global destinations should be with you within 14 days of shipment, and tracking numbers will be sent to you once they are available. Tracking is available on most shipments to most destinations.

When will you ship it?

- Orders will ship within 7 days of payment. Please be patient, as every order is individually packed, wrapped, labelled, and brought to the courier network.

What if I have a problem?

- We do not have the infrastructure to support formal returns at this time, but if there is a problem, just let us know! We will do our best to help you out.

How are you using this money?

- 100% of proceeds from merch go back to the Reduxx coffer to help us out with our growing website costs and compensating our expanding team. Reduxx's co-founders, Anna Slatz and Genevieve Gluck, have not taken home any payment or profit from Reduxx since launch. They write, research, and manage the site for free in order to see that money invested back in the outlet. However, all of our wonderful contributors are compensated for their time and effort, and we have costs associated with administrative tasks, such as formal incorporation, trademarking, and establishing Reduxx as a registered media outlet. This merch sale helps us speed up the process of getting some big things done!
