Where are the orders coming from?

- All orders ship from Canada.

Are these items dropshipped?

- Nope. All orders are personally managed by the Reduxx team with fully customized inventory we have immediately available.

How long will it take to get my order?

- We ship using Canada Post. Orders to most global destinations should be with you within 14 days of shipment. Tracking is available on most shipments to most destinations, but may not be available for every order.

When will you ship it?

- Orders will ship within 7 days of payment. Please be patient, as every order is individually packed, wrapped, labelled, and brought to the post office.

What if I have a problem?

- We do not have the infrastructure to support formal returns at this time, but if there is a problem, just let us know! We will do our best to help you out.

How are you using this money?

- 100% of proceeds from currently available merch will be contributing to help defend Reduxx against a lawsuit brought by Li Kotomi. Read more about that here.
